From Team Hybridization to the "All-Conversational": How Brainsonic Anticipates 2026

Despite a tight economic environment, the Brainsonic agency played its cards right in 2025. Consolidating major accounts, winning new budgets, and deeply integrating artificial intelligence into the heart of creative processes: Guillaume Mikowski reviews a pivotal year. He also reveals the agency’s ambitions for 2026, marked by European development and adapting to the “all-conversational” era.

What is the 2025 review for Brainsonic?

Guillaume Mikowski: In 2025, despite a more than complicated economic environment, I mainly take away two things: first, we managed to hold and develop our positions with our major clients while securing new budgets. We continued to support players like Leroy Merlin, E.Leclerc, Lenovo, Motorola, or TUI, while winning Alstom, Les Furets, Indigo, MSD in social media, Garance in advertising, Believe or IFOP in digital, Abeille Assurances in events… Our model remains attractive, even in a market under pressure.

Secondly, if 2024 was the year of AI-boosted productivity and our Brainsonic.ai consultancy, 2025 is the year our transformation truly shifted both strategy and creation. We staffed, equipped, and reorganized the teams. Strategists now work with AI tools to refine insights and accelerate analysis. On the creative side, we strengthened the teams and implemented hybrid team formats, pairing, for example, a senior copywriter very strong in storytelling with a Gen Z profile and a core set of AI tools at the heart of the process.

As a result: strategy and creation move forward together, ideas emerge faster, territories are explored more widely, without compromising creative standards. The award-winning campaigns this year illustrate this milestone. If we look at our award-winning campaigns in 2025, from Monabanq to Leroy Merlin on TikTok, including LEEM, Lenovo Halloween, or Guy Hoquet, the hybridization between AI, strategy, and creation has allowed us to reach a new milestone.

What are your perspectives for 2026?

Our priority is to continue raising the strategic and creative bar together. We will strengthen our Social Media and Influence expertise and further develop our hybrid teams blending copywriting, strategic planning, platform culture, and mastery of AI tools. We will also access more European tenders thanks to the Groupe Dékuple creative network, with a collaborative model where each agency brings its specialty.

Despite the context, we are confident. Our multi-specialist organization combines the agility of expert agencies and the power of an integrated group. Under the same roof, we make editorial, creation, social, influence, AI, event, and digital work together, keeping a highly integrated management of brands’ challenges. This is what allows us to support them in the “all-conversational” era, where AI assistants, social search, and GEO redefine the relationship between brands and audiences.
