2025 was a pivotal year for Dekuple Assurance, marked by modernization and conquest. Between the launch of major collaborations with Malakoff Humanis and La Redoute, and the continuous optimization of its processes, the entity successfully consolidated its foundation of expertise while improving profitability. As the market continues to evolve, how can we capitalize on these successes to prepare for the future? Arnaud Delpierre looks back at the highlights of the past year and reveals Dekuple Assurance’s 2026 roadmap, where technology, customer experience, and strategic partnerships will take center stage.
What is the 2025 review for Dekuple Assurance?
Arnaud Delpierre: 2025 was marked by the active pursuit of modernizing our tools and working methods. This dynamic resulted in the continuous enrichment of our systems, with the integration of new features designed to optimize usage, processes, and user journeys.
At the same time, several high-impact structural projects were launched, focusing in particular on strengthening compliance mechanisms and improving overall journeys and processes. These initiatives have allowed us to consolidate our methodological foundation while bringing concrete gains in efficiency and execution quality.
The year was also marked by the rollout of a custom-developed health insurance offer with Malakoff Humanis.
Finally, 2025 was a year of partnership development, with the launch of new strategic collaborations, including La Redoute.
On an economic and organizational level, the year resulted in improved profitability for our recurring operations. This performance was accompanied by better support for our employees in developing and deepening their knowledge, helping to strengthen our collective expertise and the quality of the services delivered.
What are your perspectives for 2026?
Our ambitions for 2026 are a direct continuation of this trajectory. One of the major focuses will be to continue integrating technological levers at the heart of our business processes, with a clear goal of simultaneously improving the employee experience, the customer experience, and operational efficiency. The coming year will be driven by a dual dynamic: consolidating our existing partnerships and developing new collaborations. By strengthening the value brought to our partners through increasingly refined customer knowledge and highly useful, high-performing systems, we directly support their business challenges while broadening our scope of intervention. This approach relies on our expertise and our ability to design tailor-made solutions, making partnerships a priority and a sustainable growth lever.
Lastly, 2026 will mark an intensification of our support for the Group in the insurance sector. Building on the projects carried out in recent years, we intend to strengthen our role as a strategic partner in this market, bringing expertise, innovation, and performance in the face of ongoing market transformations.
