Growth, Data, and AI: Dékuple Spain's Roadmap

The year 2025 was a true milestone of success for Dékuple Spain. Between the acquisition of major new accounts and the consolidation of its strategic partnerships, the agency has demonstrated exceptional growth, confirming the strength of its model. But the ambition doesn’t stop there. Rodrigo Serrano looks back at the major achievements of the past year and unveils a 2026 roadmap resolutely focused on predictive intelligence and the integration of AI to enhance customer relations.

What is the 2025 review for Dékuple Spain?

Rodrigo Serrano: This year has been exceptional. We have achieved a balance between expansion and retention. The most significant figure is the addition of 20 new top-tier clients, validating the competitiveness of our value proposition. Beyond this exciting growth, we are proud to achieve our goals and thus confirm to our clients our reliability, our technical precision and seriousness, and our ability to deliver the expected results. The vast majority of our key accounts have chosen to renew and expand their collaboration with the agency. This is also the result of working closely with our clients. Through several highly successful strategic events, we were able to create genuine spaces for reflection and strengthen our privileged ties with them.

What are your outlooks for 2026?

Our roadmap for 2026 is clear: to grow with those who already trust us. We favor deep growth from within and have the potential to develop our activities with our current portfolio by helping our clients refine their strategies. The launch of our new data service is the cornerstone of our development. We want to guide the client from “information management” to the “activation of predictive intelligence,” which will allow them to anticipate the needs of their own consumers. In 2026, AI will cease to be a tool reserved for “specialists” and will become an integral part of our teams’ daily lives. The goal is for all members of Dékuple Spain, from account management to operations, to use AI to automate recurring and repetitive tasks, allowing them to devote more time to high value-added missions: strategic consulting and data-driven creativity. It is not just about technology, but an internal cultural shift that will enable us to be more agile, more precise, and, above all, more available in our client relationships by removing the daily bureaucratic burden.
