The year 2025 was a true demonstration of resilience for GUD.berlin. In a fluctuating market, Dekuple Group’s German creative agency successfully stood out by combining financial optimization, team well-being, and creative excellence. Bolstered by 13 new pitch wins and a consolidated spot in the Top 20 German agencies, GUD.berlin is now looking towards 2026 with a clear ambition: to shape trends in the DACH region by putting Artificial Intelligence at the service of “big ideas.”
What is the 2025 review for GUD.berlin?
This year, we proved our resilience. Despite an unstable market, we focused on our core business: creative excellence. We didn’t just run campaigns; we established strategic benchmarks. By maintaining a high standard of quality in consulting, strategy, and creativity, we successfully won 13 pitches.
We were forced to keep a close eye on costs and managed to achieve savings without reducing the size of our team. We successfully optimized our profitability without sacrificing the agency’s creative soul. This stability allowed us to deepen our relationships with our regular clients. In 2025, we didn’t just “retain” our clients; we grew with them. Our operational priority was personal sustainability, ensuring our teams had the resources to consistently deliver high-quality work.
And the industry noticed! Our rankings and awards over the past year weren’t just about vanity; they were proof of our creative caliber. We ranked 18th among German creative agencies in the two relevant rankings.
Our role within the Dekuple Group has become an increasingly important factor. We are now focusing on closer cooperation, both technically and in terms of data strategy. We have also started to expand our international footprint together, notably by leveraging our shared expertise and targeting international clients.
What is your outlook for 2026?
We are going back to basics, but with a futuristic vision. Our North Star is creative excellence. In a saturated market, only exceptional campaigns can launch trends and win new business in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We don’t just react to the market; we shape it.
The “engine” of this strategy in 2026 is our AI offensive. We are integrating artificial intelligence to boost both our efficiency and our creative potential. It is not about replacing humans, but about freeing our creative minds from repetitive tasks so they can focus on the “big ideas.” In 2026, we will focus on lean processes that allow us to remain profitable while investing in these new technologies.
